Keep a maintenance log

Each firearm has its own maintenance log. Use it for cleanings, service and round counts, so the history stays with the gun and not in a notes app.

Add an entry

1. Open the firearm from the Collection tab.
2. Find the maintenance section and add an entry.
3. Record what was done, and the round count if you track it.

Taking it with you

Maintenance entries are included when you export a CSV. The CSV has a Maintenance file alongside Firearms and Parts.

If you delete an entry by mistake, it’s in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
